At Hunt Bike Wheels, we want you to be completely satisfied with your upgrade. If your new wheelset isn't the perfect fit for your ride, you can return unused items in their original packaging within 60 days for a full refund or exchange.

Initiate Your Return

Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

Prepare the Package

Securely pack your wheels in their original shipping box, ensuring all accessories and documentation are included to prevent damage during transit.

Ship Your Wheels

Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to the outside of the box and drop it off at your nearest authorized courier location.

Inspection and Refund

Once our workshop team inspects the returned items, we will process your refund or dispatch your exchange within 5 business days.
